Booking Terms & Conditions


  1. PICK-UP POINTS: Are geared to within a few miles radius of Halesowen, thus ensuring that direct travel to your holiday destination can be enjoyed. All coaches are non-smoking.
  2. DEPOSIT: £50.00 per person per booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior before departure without notification.
  3. Your booking is subject to our contracts with hotels, shipping companies and other sub-contractors involved in providing the holiday. We do not accept liability for the action of those concerned with your holiday arrangements over whom we have no control.
  4. Our liability upon claims in respect of any tour, holidays or excursion shall not exceed the amount paid or agreed to be paid for any such tour, holiday or excursion.
  5. IF YOU CANCEL: As this incurs costs, we will apply charges up to a maximum below:
    HOLIDAY CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION CHARGE
    Prior to 42 days before departure = Deposit only
    28 – 42 days before departure = 45% of holiday cost
    14 – 27 days before departure = 60% of holiday cost
    0 – 14 days before departure = 100% of holiday cost
    If you have taken out insurance and the reason for cancellation is covered in the terms of the policy, you may be able to reclaim the above charges.
  6. The company reserves the right to amend prices should there be any unfavourable change in currency rates of exchange, VAT, fuel surcharges in respect of transport.
  7. The company will make every effort to carry out the tour as booked but reserves the right if circumstances amounting to force majeure i.e war, blockade, weather, labour conflicts, transport breakdowns, congestions or similar problems, to modify or cancel the tour and the company will not be responsible for any resulting loss, damage or expense. We will however make every effort to provide a suitable alternative holiday if possible.
  8. TRANSFERS: You may transfer your booking as long as:
    8.1 The new passenger satisfies all required conditions.
    8.2 The original customer is prevented from going.
    8.3 The customer gives notice of change prior to departure,Holiday Booking the original Room requirements booked must remain unchanged. 8.4 Any Changes to bookings or existing Credit Notes/Vouchers issued will incurr a £25 Administration Fee.
  9. IF WE CANCEL: We may be forced to cancel a holiday if the number of passengers booked is less than 25. If so we would refund all money paid by you. However you would be advised of any cancellation at least 4 weeks before departure day.
  10. REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN: Usually age 12 (upon application).
  11. IF WE CHANGE DETAILS OF THE HOLIDAY: Although unlikely, if circumstances force us to make changes to the advertised holiday, wherever time allows we will write to you for your mutual agreement.
  12. DELAYS: The published running times are estimates and we do not accept liability for loss or inconvenience arising from delays or failure to operate in circumstances beyond our control e.g. road works delays/adverse weather conditions. We will however always try to ensure that events run as smoothly as possible.
  13. Day Excursion monies are non refundable but may be transferred to another trip with a certified Doctors note 14 days before date of excursion.
  14. Any Day Excursion that is cancelled due to weather conditions that may put our passengers safety at risk will be fully refunded.

Please note that we will have no liability for any refunds, compensation, cosfs, expenses ar other /osses of any kind incuned by you {including, where applicable, the cost of medical treatment), in the fol lowi n g circu m sta n ces : - lf you, or anyane in your booking party, test positive far Covid-l9 and have to quarantine for a period of time, or are notified or otherwise become aware that you have, or suspect you may have, come into close contact with sorneone who has fesfed posifirre for Covid-19 (or where they otherwise suspect they may have Covid-l9) and have to self*isolafe for a period of time. lf this happens within 14 days of your doparture date, you must contact {rs as you may no longer be able to travel. We will offer you the following options where possrble and subject to availability: o Postponing yaur holiday to a later date. We will notify you of any impact on the price the postponement may have (please note that you may have to pay full cancellation charges an some elements of your haliday as we/l as any increase in cost imposed hy ofher suppliers); Cancelling your holiday, in which case we will impose our standard cancellation charges as at the date of cancellatian by you. You may be able to claim ffiese costs back from your travel insurance. lf you failany fesfq checks or other measure$ rmposed by us, suppliers, airlines, port or airport, border control authori$ ar other government body or local authori$ or fail to submit for testing or assessment when requested to do so, and as such you are denied, entry ta the destinatio4 ad?es$ to the seruices or you are otherwise unable to proceed with the holiday, or that portion of the holiday. lf this happens whilst you are on your holiday, please notify us without delay and we witt provide such reasonable asslsfance as we can in the circumsfances. However, we will not be responsible for cavering fhe eosf of any cuftailment of your holiday, mrssed transpart arrangements, additional accommadation required, or other assocrated costs incurced by you. You must ensure you have travel insurance whlch coyers fhese costs for you, You also acknowledge that the Bonded Qoach Holiday member providing your hotiday inctuding, attractions and excursion providers, will need ta comply with national and/or locat guidance and requirements relating ta Covid-l*, and have implemented certain rneasures as a resu/f. This wiil tikely include specific requirements regarding persanal protective equipment, sacfi as use of face-masks by staff (and you may be required to wear a face-mask as well), socia/ distancing, maximum number resfictions on the use of ceftain facilities, designated alternative entrance and exit routes, mandatory hand sanitisation, limited entertainment aptions and limited faod/drink availability. We do not expect fhese measures fo have a significant impact an yaur enjoyment of the holiday and allr"easures witl be taken with the purpose of secuing your safety and those around you.
